JACK SPENCER-COTTON

Jack has over 28 years of experience in the field of engineering. He has held a range of senior engineering roles in international manufacturing companies, as well as established his own business in engineering and consulting. He has previously held senior engineering roles at ERG Group, Sanmina-SCI Corporation, Startronics, SRX Global, and Pfizer Perth. He is presently a project manager at One New Energy and a non-executive director of an ASX-listed company.
JOSHUA LETCHER

Joshua has over two decades of experience in the mining and resources industry. His career spans numerous board and executive roles across ASX-listed and private resource companies, with a particular focus on diamonds, lithium, and critical materials. His entrepreneurial and technical background includes engineering training in the Royal Australian Navy and executive leadership in frontier projects such as Mirrorplex and Space Industries.

Nicholas brings 20 years’ of experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance. He is experienced in mining project finance as well as mining and offtake contract negotiations. Nicholas Ong is a fellow member of the Governance Institute Of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
